We're stuck on a swinstall failure that we haven't encountered before.
The swagent.log reports as follows:
ERROR: Could not access remote file
"/usr/newconfig/etc/sam/reg_da.db" in software item
"PHCO_21187.SAM,r=1.0,a=HP-UX_B.11.00_32/64,v=HP,fa=HP-UX_B.11.00_32/64
:/"
due to an internal error on the remote system.
Swinstall itself is setting the filesize to zero somehow. After restoring
the file the same thing happens on the next swinstall session. The same
error occurs for different files pertinent to different patches, but all the
files concerned are in owned by user bin group bin.
Any clues or helpful hints would be much appreciated, especially since it's
Friday here and many people believe that the weekend starts here.
