Hi all,
I tried to install a depot file (gmake 3.79.1) for HP-UX 11.00B.
I tried the foll command: swinstall -s
/gefa/tadimeti/freeware/gmake***.depot gmake.
NOTE: *** refers to the numbers.
Installation went successfully.
I saw the log file in /var/adm/sw/swagent.log. It is fine. It says gmake was
installed successfully.
I verified this using swlist as well.
Q:*WHERE* is gmake? I tried searching everywhere to no avail.
Please help. Sorry for such newbie questions, but I just a newbie.

Thanks. I thought bash was the most user friendly of them all. Anyways I
guess I had better get used to Kshell, though it is no where as user
friendly as VMS.
