[HPADM] I lose the first 16 lines on every page printed from UNIX

hpux-admins:

We have a LexMark Optra S2455 that we print to.

When I print from UNIX, I lose the first 16 pages of page 2 (and probably
every page thereafter). Is there any way to get around this?

Isn't there a print utility that formats the number of lines per page?

The printer is defined as:

        device for wablxm001: /dev/null
            remote to: text on 172.20.4.82

whatever that means. I don't know what the IP address is.

The printer works fine (as well as it can) from Windows.
