[HPADM] OS upgrade from HP-UX 11.00 to 11i (11.11)

Hi admins,
We are planning to do a OS upgrade(HP-ux 11.00 to 11i
(11.11).
What are the recommended file system requirements
(size)on OS side.
What are the steps involved in the upgrade.
Can this OS upgrade be reversible (back to 11.00 in
case if there is a problem)
Is there any other precautions, other than taking OS
full system backup and ignite tape backups.
Has any one come across any known issues.
Is HP-UX 11i and HP-UX 11.11 same!!!?
