[HPADM] Slow swinstall startup on L2000

I have an L2000 running 11.00. When I start swinstall, it says something
about "searching for local CD drives" and then hangs for about a minute or
two. What could cause that? I have a newer, but almost identical, rp5470
running 11i that doesn't exhibit the same behaviour.
