Hello there,
I'm experimenting the following problem when running a locally developed
program :
"Pid xxxx received a SIGSEGV for stack growth failure"
"Possible causes: insufficient memory or swap space"
Real memory and swap space seems to be right.
Same program runs OK on another machine running HP-UX 11.0.
Where should be looking at in order to resolve the issue ?
I've been told there are some difficulties running 32-bit applications
with 11.11 64-bit described in an HP case #JAGae46902. Do you have
access to this document ? I couldn't find it in the HP sites.
The environment OS is UX 11.11 64-bit patched with :
BUNDLE11i B.11.11.0102.2 February 2001
GOLDAPPS11i B.11.11.0206.4 Gold Applications Patches for HP-UX 11i,
June 2002
GOLDBASE11i B.11.11.0206.4 Gold Base Patches for HP-UX 11i, June
2002
The compilers used are :
B3901BA B.11.11.06 HP C/ANSI C Developer's Bundle for HP-UX 11.i
(S800)
B3913DB C.03.33.01 HP aC++ Compiler (S800)
Thanks in advance,
javier
