[HPADM] Swap management

Hi admins,

I'm facing to a problem with the swap management. The pseudo_swap is
enabled. When this pseudo_swap is 100% used (the memory line below), the
system doesn't allocate swap for new processes in the five swap device even
if they are 0% used. We have then a lot a error messages crying about
resources leak ... Why the system doesn't want to use these unused swap
devices ?
