Thanks to all who has responded.
Most of them has recommended to be very carefully with that.
Suggestions are: using s-bit, you'll have to edit and recompile sudo..., do this most securely with a small setuid C program just dont let the web client pass *anything* into the command - otherwise you setting yourself up for a hacking....
AND THAT IS ABSOLUTLY TRUE AND I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT A GOOD SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM.
