We have a requirement that in a shell script we
should be able to pass a 50 character text message
based on the exit codes. Sat if the exit code is
0(success) it is fine OR if the exit code is 1
(failure) then we have to pass a text message. This
script would communicate back to an application and i
am not sure how to handle the text message part besed
on exit codes. Can someone help? Thanks in advance.
