[HPADM] Sendmail not using FQDN

I have sendmail 8.9.3 (PHNE_24419) running on a rp5450 on HP-UX 11.0 and for
some reason, sendmail is not adding the FQDN to outgoing mail. It is
dropping the first part of the domain name. When I run "hostname" from the
command prompt, I receive the correct information.

I've scanned through the archives but was unable to come up with specifics,
nor in my Oreilly book on sendmail.

Any ideas?
