[HPADM] NO root login from GSP

I am running L class with 11.11.
Enabled the GSP access with user Admin with administrator privelages.
But I am not able to login with root from GSP, it says incorrect login.
Please note I can telnet to system with root user id, I can login to system through GSP with non-root user id.
But I can not login to system through GSP with root id.
