Running 11.0 on an rp5450 (L2000) with two NICs installed. Decided to
enable the second NIC with an address on the same subnet and once done (via
SAM) it locked down the system. No connections could be made and some of
those already made dropped. This is a DNS registered host, used a different
IP address with same subnet and GW settings.
Received several answers most stated that haveing two NICs on the same
subnet in the same machine will not work/ is not support by HP-UX without
addition ($$$) software.
Will be aliasing the second IP on the existing NIC.
