I retrieved the depot for bash from hpux.cs.utah.edu and swinstalled it.
I've run into a series of errors since...
First, typing bash would give me:
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't open shared library: /usr/local/lib/libintl.sl
so after finding libintl.sl in /opt/gnome/lib, i did
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/opt/gnome/lib
then tried bash again:
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't open shared library: /usr/local/lib/libhistory.sl
Now I've searched the entire filesystem,. but I can find a "libhistory*"
anywhere.
Has anyone seen this before?
