[HPADM] Help with system accounting.

Would some one give me step by step system
accounting procedure. i.e. how to enable it, how to check files it stroees, and where
and commands related to system accounting.
Checking file size of the accounting files, trimming, disabling it and all other details.
Please also refer some good docs if possible.
