Looks like this is no longer possible.
Richard Wright sugested us-ffs.external.hp.com, which unfortunately now
jusr sems to be a pointer to the IRTC.
Several kind people pointed out that is is still posible to get the patche
via anon. ftp, but this is only useful if you know what patch number you
are looking for.
Guess this fits in with HP's new policy of security by DMCA threat.
