Thanks to Rob Smith, Bob Trojak, Richard Wright, Harry Pfeffer, Allan
Marillier, Henry Helfenbein and Andrew Wu and everyone who might respond
before this summary posts.

Here is the unanimous answer:

Question #1: How can I find the primary and alternate boot path of a box
from the command line?

Answer: setboot command without any options will do the job just fine.

Question #2: Shouldn't my alternate boot path be set to the path of the
mirror of the primary boot disk?

Answer: Yes, but it has to be set manually.

Thanks again to everyone, once again the list has sufficiently and
efficiently helped me out!
Thanks a million!!!
