support contract in the same way Applications and SupportPlus CD's are.

I currently have a CD containing the V-Class 2500/2600 Test Station
Software. Physically printed on the CD it reads:

V-Class 2500/2600 Test Station Release 3.0
Rev Code A.01.00
I am fairly sure there is a later version of the test station software (3.2
maybe?) and would obviously like to be running this version. Where can I
obtain it? I've taken a quick look on www.hp.com but without much success.
Could this mean I need to purchase the latest CD or should it be supplied as
part of a support contract?
