Description:

 Policy Patrol is an add-on for Microsoft Exchange Server and SMTP mail servers such as Lotus Notes that adds user based disclaimers to internal and external emails. The program includes advanced features that other products do not offer, such as merge fields and support for formatted disclaimers. These features make the disclaimer notices more specific and distinguishable, thus improving their effectiveness.
