Tumbleweed® Secure Messenger is an enterprise-class e-mail encryption product that secures ad-hoc messages. Messages that are delivered via Tumbleweed Secure Messenger are encrypted using SSL, and can be read by anyone with an e-mail client and an Internet browser. No desktop software or special keys are required.

Part of the Tumbleweed® Secure Guardian™ product family, Tumbleweed Secure Messenger utilizes the Tumbleweed® Secure Policy Gateway, Protocol Enablers and Protection Modules, which include all the key functionality needed to protect the enterprise and extend the network. Tumbleweed Secure Messenger can be used in combination with other Tumbleweed solutions to provide e-mail filtering, Web filtering, archiving, and more.
