MAILsweeper for Microsoft Exchange is a Content Security solution for the Internet and intranets. It allows customers to implement Content Security policies for internal e-mail as well as e-mail entering and leaving the enterprise.

  7. Virus management - searches for e-mail borne viruses, using your choice of virus scanners
  8. Spam/spoof filter – prevents spam and detects attempted spoofed emails
  9. File-type identification - such as executables, allowing specific policy to be applied
  10. Scans e-mails for key words or phrases to prevent communication of confidential , offensive or libelous material
