WinSSHD is an SSH2 server developed specifically for the Windows NT/2000 platform. If you ever find yourself on the other side of the ocean wanting to get to the file you forgot on your desktop machine, this is the kind of program that will save your day. More regular uses include accessing one's work computer from home; remote server administration in an enterprise; or securing of otherwise unsecure network applications through TCP/IP forwarding. WinSSHD supports all standard SSH2 features, including all major encryption algorithms, SCP and SFTP file transfer protocols, and TCP/IP port forwarding (tunneling).
