Whale’s e-Gap™ System complements firewalls while adding a crucial line of defense. Using “Air Gap” technology critical back office databases are disconnected from the outside world. Whale’s "split reverse proxy" technology terminates all TCP/IP connections before inspecting and shuttling transactions at real time over the air gap into e-Business systems.

Certification:

Currently the e-Gap System is not independently certified since there is no common criteria for Air Gap Technology. It has been independently tested by several security consultants. We are now developing criteria with cerification bodies.
