Precise 100 SC is an integrated
fingerprint sensor and smart card reader. It comprises secure software
and a flexible logon system for Windows NT networks and workstations.
This product replaces regular logon, user name and password with
secure fingerprint verification. What makes this system unique is
the use of a much larger amount of information from each fingerprint
than previous fingerpritn verification systems. The data processing
can be carried out in real time, which guarantees fast reply times
of less than one second.
