The SecureCom probe is the ideal perimter defense device that monitors traffic from the Internet, remote WAN links, remote access servers, VPN devices and extranet connection for signs of attack, intrusion and tampering.

SecureCom also monitors for TCP/IP conversations, looking for unusual connections such as Telnet, FTP, Finger and other signatures.

The Securecom chassis supports 4, 7 or 12 slots. Interface and processor cards support Windows NT, Solaris X.86, Sparc Solaris, Free BSD and Linux. Applications include integrated Checkpoint Firewall-1 and ISS RealSecure, with support for a variety of content filtering, virus and malicious code detection, e-mail filtering and the like.
