Description:

CONTROL-SA/Workflow manages the process involved in requesting, approving and granting access rights to computing resources. CONTROL-SA/Workflow is constructed around a workflow engine that accepts access authorisation requests and routes tham through an approval process. When a request has gone through the defined approval process, it can be automatically executed by CONTROL-SA.

CONTROL-SA/Workflow has built-in capabilities enabling the administrator to design request forms and approval routes.

As a stand-alone product, CONTROL-SA/Workflow can manage the request and approval process for any manual or automated procedure. With the proper interface, the approved request can be passed to a 3rd-party product for continued handling.

As a front-end for CONTROL-SA's Enterprise SecurityStation, CONTROL-SA/Workflow registers user requests(such as "add an enterprise user"). The request is automatically passed to all people whose approval is required. After approval, the request is automatically passed to the Enterprise SecurityStation for execution. No operator intervention is required.
