CONTROL-SA acts as the single point of control to manage all the system and application security administration requirements of the enterprise, regardless of the platforms and products in use. Individuals or groups of users may be added, modified or removed across ALL appropriate security systems with the click of a mouse. A company's security policies may be implemented through CONTROL-SA, and employee details can be uploaded from human resource applications. CONTROL-SA can also synchronise passwords for each end user across all security systems.

One CONTROL-SA agent interfaces with all the security system administration requirements for the server/workstation that it is installed on, and communicates with the central security administration database that is accessed by the central point of control, the Enterprise SecurityStation.
