What's the hats_rs232_nim process?

I have a 3 node cluster, the process is on all of them, but at one node, it
persistant occupies 50% cpu usage, and one of tty networks link this
primary node to backup node always on "DOWN" status show by clstat. But
when I stop the HA to check the tty network. it can be connected by stty
command.

I donn't know how it happen, and did someone meet the same problem before?
