According to the 43P Service Guide, the E3xx prompts are memory checks.
Check the service guide as it shows some troubleshooting procedures to
follow.

I have a 43P-150 that won't boot. I get a E332 error on the display,
very quickly (seems to counf up to it and then stop). I can't seem to
find anything anywhere about this error code. Does anyone have any clue
what is going on here?
