Need the Card Kit for a 650 7038-6m2

I've got a few standard Fiber, SCSI and 10/100 Cards. I want to put these cards into my 650.

The 650 uses a Kit; you place the cards into this Kit, then you slid it into the back of the 650. I can get this Kit if I buy new cards, but what a waste that would be. Has anyone just bought the 650 Card Kit and how to buy it?
