Yes... had no problems...
root # oslevel -r
5100-04
root # instfix -i | grep ML
All filesets for 5.0.0.0_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 5.1.0.0_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 5.1.0.0_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 5100-01_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 5100-02_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 5100-03_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 5100-04_AIX_ML were found.
Too many is more than 100
Now I've stoped the hole nfs group and no errors are being generated, but
nfs subsystem is still "stoping" and I cannot kill the process. This is
happening in the 3 servers I've installed ML 04 from ML02. I did not have
errors before the upgrade.
Any ideas?
Try with ML05???

Given your earlier problems, have you verified that your software levels are
OK?
Start with oslevel -r, to confirm that it sees the system as ML04.
Then lppchk -v -m3 to see if you've got any odd filesets hanging around.
How many errors is "too many"?
