Different output of hostname & uname -n

Hi Gurus,

Can anyone tell me how what seems to be wrong why the output of uname -n and
hostname is different as you can see below? And how to fix this?

root @ [/]
---> uname -n
name
root @ [/]
---> hostname
prod
