How to FTP from a selected IP address

Hi AIX'ers

I have a AIX server A which has 3 NICs set with IP addresses X, Y, Z

I telnet to the system via IP X.

I need to FTP to another server B from server A but the firewall only
allows traffic from IP Z

So the question is, how does one forcibly initiate an FTP session over a
certain interface (Z)?
