Encrypted file systems in AIX

I can't find the thread when I search the archives,
but I thought there was a thread recently about
whether or not AIX 5.2 would support encryption at the
file system level (i.e., it comes provided
automatically).

Anyone have information about (a) encrypted file
systems in AIX or (b) suggestions on encrypting data
in AIX? Someone has tossed out GNU Privacy Guard (?)
- - gnupg.org - as a suggestion.
