If I got a 2nd hand 7026-H50, and installed Apache,
can I be a webserver now if I have a dial-up connection
to any TTY port ?

My next question would be - how do I make the dial-up
TTY port a fake TCP-IP address? I don't mind the speed
for now, just a connection that would work.
