Well, as SDD isn't running at boot time, you can't boot from a vpath disk.
It is feasible to mirror to an hdisk that is part of a vpath, but is
neither supported nor recommended.
With the newer releases of SDD, there is a file {/etc/excludevp?
something like that) that you can edit to specifically exclude certain
hdisks, then mirror to the non-SDD-included hdisk.
