tsm tdp (oracle) 5.2 on aix 5.x

could anybody who has this install post this:

I wonder why a 500kb fileset doesnt have any file?
I am getting

and I know its a licence-problem.
I used -Y on installp and

but this file in /usr/swlag... does not exist.
