Hi All,
Was checking to see if those of you out there that have a "650, 670, or
690" with an attached Hardware Management Console and several LPARS, have
ever had to contact IBM for support. I have called for two problems I am
having and Software support send me to Hardware, and Hardware then sends me
to Software. When I get software I get their mainframe or ISeries support.
It seems that not many support people are familiar with the p650 and HMC
configuration.
Would anyone know what support staff I would want to talk with?
