db2_ 08_ 01.cnvucs 8.1.1.0 is in FixPack3. So I believe db2_ 08_ 01.cnvucs 8.1.1.16 is in FixPack? after FixPack3.

The base is available:

        db2_ 08_ 01.cnvucs -
                db2_ 08_ 01.cnvucs 8.1.0.0 - Code Page Conversion Tables - Unicode Support

on the:

         AIX 5L for POWER V5.2 Bonus Pack CD Volume 3 for 5692- A5L feature code 0948

but I'm still struggling to find the 8.1.1.16 update. That sounds like DB2V8 fixpack2 for AIX5, but neither the regular or alternate db2 fixpacks have it.
