I think you've got to have the 4.3.3 install CDs to start with. You might
be able to get a new set from IBM if you act quickly.
With the CDs, you just do an update_all: no need to re-install or migrate.
Once it's at 4.3.3 you can apply additional maintenance, which you should be
able to find here:
