The problem was that sysback, and apparently mksysb as well, require 32bit
libraries. The fix was to set OBJECT_MODE=32_64, as opposed to
OBJECT_MODE=64 which it was originally set at. This applied to sysback 5.5
and 5.6. I did this only for the root user, not all users.
