That rings a bell, but I can't quite remember where I came across it.

I suspect it's a problem with WebSM on your PC, rather than anything on the
HMC. I would try un-installing it then re-installing it from the HMC. Also
check your Java version: some of my colleagues with WinXP - I use Win2k -
have too high a version, and not everything works correctly. (I haven't
checked whether that's still the case: maybe IBM have fixed it by now.)

Have you used it successfully before, or is this your first attempt with
WebSM? I know I had a lot of problems at the start, but did eventually get
it working OK.

Anyone having issues with listing the server and partition information with
the Web-Based HMC software. I login OK, but when I attempt to list the
servers on the Server and Partition icon, it just hangs. I have all the
latest patches applied (I applied them in an attempt to fix this issue).
Any help would be appreciated.
