How does your HMC connect to the managed servers? Thru a 128port card to 8/16port RANS?
Did you recently upgrade the HMC code? We did and lost connection from the HMC to the managed servers.
We had to reconfigure the serial adapter on the HMC (which I don't think you can do remotely).
The option--- Maintenance--> Sys Config --> Configure Serial Adapter is greyed out

Hi,
I'm having trouble accessing my partitions via the HMC remote software. I'm able to login and everything appears to work fine until I attempt to access my systems, it just hangs after I click server and partitions. Since it is a closed Linux system, I can't really troubleshoot, does anyone have any ideas?
