linux toolbox lsof

All,

I've got the Linux toolbox version of lsof installed
on AIX 5.1 on several different machines. For some
reason, the lsof command has stopped working on them,
and the message that I'm getting is:

lsof: can't get kernel's __ublock address

Anyone seen this and know how to fix it?
