This command should tell you which RAID-levels are supported:
# /usr/ssa/ssaraid/bin/ssaraid.smit lsssaraid_cmd_to_exec
raid_0 RAID-0 array
raid_copy RAID Copy array
raid_1 RAID-1 array
raid_5 RAID-5 array
raid_10 RAID-10 array
but this is for a IBM SSA 160 SerialRAID Adapter (14109100), which
might be more advanced.
