Look in /usr/lib/instl for *oslevel* (ls -la|grep oslevel)

mv those files somewhere temporary (your /home for example).

Then try it again. If it didn't solve the problem then put them back =)

I am trying to run the command oslevel and I get the following response:

Machine-name:>oslevel

Oslevel: Unable to acquire lock.

Has anyone seen this before or know what is the problem? I am running
5.1 on a P630
