Check out the AIX Redbook on Security Elements from:
http://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/Redbooks.nsf/Portals/UNIXRedbooks
The article explains the uses of rksh (Restricted Korn Shell) and how
you go about creating one in version 4.3.3.
Here is a quick synopsis in what this will achieve:
- Will not allow a user to CD from his.her home directory
- Cannot redirect output

IBM has a page :
http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/eserver/articles/openssh_updated.h
tml
It gives a good reference of IBM's DeveloperWorks implementation of
openssh. But it's for AIX 5.1 and 5.2 only.
