I use SMS, Systems Maintenance Services, Inc.
They have 19 offices around the country, including one in Chicago (I'm assuming you are
at Corporate Headquarters in Illinois).
Another company to look into is Continental Resources, Inc. They are a VAR for IBM and
offer hardware support services.
