Bob,

Some adapters show enough information with an lsdev -Cc adapter, like
ethernet or SSA, i.e.,

# lsdev -Cc adapter
ent0 Available 04-C0 IBM PCI Ethernet Adapter (22100020)

# lslpp -L|grep 23100020
  devices.pci.23100020.diag
                                                   Adapter (23100020)
Diagnostics
  devices.pci.23100020.rte 5.1.0.50 A F IBM PCI 10/100 Ethernet

For those adapters or devices that don't display enough information with
lsdev, you can use the following method:

# odmget -q name=ent2 CuDv

CuDv:
        name = "ent2"
        status = 1
        chgstatus = 2
        ddins = "pci/phxentdd"
        location = "04-05"
        parent = "bus2"
        connwhere = "8"
        PdDvLn = "adapter/pci/23100020"

# find / -name phxentdd
/usr/lib/drivers/pci/phxentdd

# lslpp -w /usr/lib/drivers/pci/phxentdd
  File Fileset Type

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
  /usr/lib/drivers/pci/phxentdd
                                    devices.pci.23100020.rte File

Subject: [aix-l] Device Driver in use?

Anybody know of a way you can map which device driver sw an individual
adapter is currently using?

Maybe through mapping out the ODM entries??
