We have seen this with a flaky ethernet controller.
Also, if you have an Emulex fibre card, they state that it can generate these
errors. Do a search on DADF69E4 to see. Their suggestion is to disable it
being reported :-).

Do you get it alot and does it correlate to anything? Ours correlated to a
network based backup.
