To paraphrase an ancient text, "I see no problem here." The idea that
users can give away files stopped making sense about the time that the
file space quota system was introduced, sometime in the early 80's
AFAIR, courtesy of the fine folks at Monash. AIX is rather more
Berkish than SysV-pre-R4-ish, and this is one of those occasions.
